Order Processing
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or promotional events.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers worldwide, including North America, Europe, Oceania, South America, and many other international destinations.
Please note: We do not currently ship to countries within Asia or to certain remote and restricted regions.

Packaging & Product Protection
At Gift Decoration Store, we specialize in gift ornaments, Hallmark ornaments, keepsake ornaments, personalized ornaments, and collectible decorative pieces.
Many of our products are delicate or collectible items that require extra care during transit. To help ensure your purchase arrives in excellent condition, all orders are carefully inspected and packaged using protective materials designed to reduce the risk of damage during shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers can use the tracking number to monitor shipment progress through the carrier's tracking system.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may be imposed by the destination country.
